Legal notice
Terms of use of this website under Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE). Contact: ejemplo@fastmail.com.
1. Purpose
This site presents ejFlix, a media player for Windows, offers its installer, which is published on GitHub Releases, and provides an optional account to sync settings between devices. Downloading and using the program are governed by its MIT licence, available in the repository.
2. Intellectual and industrial property
The ejFlix source code is published under the MIT licence. The texts, design and logo of this site belong to their authors. Third-party trademarks and logos shown on the site (Jellyfin, Plex, Emby, mpv, FFmpeg, Tauri, Rust and React) belong to their respective owners and appear only to identify the projects ejFlix works with or is built on, without implying affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement.
3. Liability
ejFlix is distributed “as is”, without warranty of any kind, as its licence states. We are not liable for damage arising from the use of the program or for the availability of the third-party services it uses or links to (GitHub, Discord, IntroDB, and the servers, addons or lists each user configures).
The content played through ejFlix is supplied by the user through their own servers, addons and lists. Holding the necessary rights to that content is the user's sole responsibility. ejFlix does not host, distribute or index audiovisual content.
The ejFlix account is a free service that may be suspended or closed with reasonable notice. We recommend keeping a local copy of your settings.
4. Links
This site links to GitHub and to the pages of the projects ejFlix is built on. We do not control those sites or their policies, and linking to them is not a recommendation of their contents.
5. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute is submitted to the courts of Spain, unless consumer law establishes a different jurisdiction.
